I have been doing a lot of tinkering around at the job. Right now I am trying to get data back off of two hard drives using GetDataBack for NTFS ver. 3.32. It’s a really useful tool that scans the whole drive to try to recover any files or folders it once had that might have been deleted in a hdd crash or infected by a virus. The other day I went to a local business with Thom to check out why their server storage space was being used so quickly and it happened to be people were leaving emails on the server and not deleting them. Yesterday I went to a business partner that we need to go to pronto if their is a problem and it was their internet going slow at times. We checked their router and switch and we came to the conclusion that it probably was an ISP problem because the switch was working fine.
I haven’t been posting as much mostly because I am receiving no feedback at all on how this blog is ending up so I don’t even know if their is a purpose to blog. But for the time being I am going to try to keep it alive for a little while longer.
